As I stood by the edge of the waves, my hair brushing against my face, I noticed a speck that was a ship, heading towards its destination. It was the only speck that spotted the calm and smooth sea, and the only characteristic the otherwise bland sea had.
It looked for a second as though the sea depended on the ship to give it definition. the sea existed for the ship.
........................................................Just some thoughts
A free bird, flying into unknown skies,
seeking her horizon, so clear and high.
She has no map,no guide,
her instincts her sole steer.
Noone can tame her, noone can own her,
swiftly she glides across the celestial skies

Beren and Thinuveil
An excerpt from one of my favourite poems in The Lord of the Rings..
"He sought her ever, wandering far
Where leaves of years were thickly strewn,
By light of moon and ray of star
In frosty heavens shivering.
Her mantle glinted in the moon,
As on a hill-top high and far
She danced, and at her feet was strewn
A mist of silver quivering."
Where leaves of years were thickly strewn,
By light of moon and ray of star
In frosty heavens shivering.
Her mantle glinted in the moon,
As on a hill-top high and far
She danced, and at her feet was strewn
A mist of silver quivering."
